Refund Policy

This page explains how refunds work at BriqLab. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms below.

1. Our stance

All BriqLab subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a payment goes through, the amount is committed for the billing period you paid for. You can cancel at any time from your account settings to stop future billing — your access continues until the end of the current period.

2. The one exception: technical issues

We will issue a refund if you ran into a technical issue during registration or the subscription purchase process that prevented you from getting what you paid for — for example, a duplicate charge caused by a payment-gateway error on our side.

If your case qualifies, we'll process the refund within 7 business days back to the original payment method. Refunds are issued through Razorpay; the time for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund).

3. How to request a refund

Write to hello@briqlab.io with the subject line "Refund request". Please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used for your BriqLab account
  • The date of the payment and proof of purchase
  • A short description of the technical issue you ran into

We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days.

4. What we can't refund

  • Subscriptions where everything worked as expected at the time of purchase
  • Forgotten cancellations — please cancel before your renewal date
  • Dissatisfaction with AI output quality
  • Issues outside our control (your internet, your Power BI installation, your operating system)
  • Account suspensions or terminations resulting from a breach of our Terms
  • One-time purchases of templates, themes, or icons — these are digital downloads delivered immediately and are final

5. Chargebacks

If you raise a chargeback through your bank without first contacting us, we may suspend or terminate your account while the chargeback is being investigated. Please write to hello@briqlab.io first — we'd much rather sort it out directly.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
